These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aura5.com, including all purchases of our spiritual services, energy readings, and handcrafted jewellery. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase spiritual services or jewellery from our Site.
Minors may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Nature of Our Spiritual Services

Aura5 provides spiritual and metaphysical services such as astrology readings, tarot interpretations, energy guidance, numerology consultations, and intention-setting recommendations.
You acknowledge that these services are for personal insight, spiritual development, and entertainment purposes only.
They do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
You should consult qualified professionals for matters relating to health, finances, legal concerns, or critical decisions.
Aura5 is not responsible for decisions made based on spiritual interpretations.

3. Accuracy of Information Provided

Some spiritual services require personal details such as date of birth, time of birth, or location of birth. You are responsible for providing accurate information.
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the quality of your reading and does not qualify for a refund or free redo unless a proven error is made by us.

4. Orders and Payments

• By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and authorise us to charge your selected payment method.
  We reserve the right to refuse orders, cancel orders suspected of fraud, limit quantities, modify products, or discontinue products.
  Prices may change without notice.

5. Shipping Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our Shipping Policy. This includes:

• 1–3 business days processing time
• Estimated delivery of 5–7 business days (10–15 during peak seasons)
• Responsibility for customs duties and taxes
• No refunds for parcels returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect addresses
• Tracking information provided upon dispatch

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs delays, international regulations, or courier disruptions.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

By ordering from Aura5, you agree to our Return and Exchange Policy.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Spiritually blessed or consecrated items
• Customised or personalised bracelets
• Items altered, resized, or repaired by anyone other than Aura5
• Change-of-mind returns
• Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees
• Orders delayed by shipping carriers or customs
• Digitally delivered spiritual readings

If an order has not shipped, cancellations will be refunded as store credit only.
Approved refunds exclude payment gateway charges.
Exchanges for another design are allowed within 30 days if the item meets inspection standards.
One free resizing is provided at our office; courier fees are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Spiritual Blessing and Consecration Work

Items that have been energetically blessed or consecrated specifically for a customer cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once blessing has begun.
These items are personalised spiritual services and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

8. Digital Spiritual Services

Digital spiritual readings and astrology interpretations are personalised digital services.
All sales are final.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction, disagreement with results, delivery timing, or personal expectations.
Corrections are offered only if an error is clearly caused by us.
Once work has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to violate any laws, use the Site for harmful or fraudulent behaviour, harass staff, interfere with the Site’s functionality, or copy or misuse our content.
Violations may lead to order cancellation or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on aura5.com, including text, photos, product descriptions, spiritual interpretations, and rituals, is the property of Aura5.
You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms such as Shopify, payment processors, analytics tools, and shipping carriers.
By using our Site, you agree to comply with their terms.
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by third-party systems.

12. Limitation of Liability

Aura5 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee outcomes of spiritual services.
You accept full responsibility for decisions made based on our content or services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability; your rights may vary.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aura5 harmless from claims arising from misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, actions based on spiritual interpretations, or incorrect information provided by you.
