Refund policy

Aura5 bracelets and spiritual jewellery are crafted with care, intention, and in some cases, personalised blessings or energetic consecration. To maintain product integrity and ensure fairness to all customers, the following policy applies.

1. Exchange Policy (Within 15 Business Days)

Customers may request to exchange their bracelet for a different design within 15 business days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item has not been worn or used
• Original packaging and tags are intact and undamaged
• The item has not been consecrated, blessed, or customised

Design exchanges are strictly exchange-only and are not eligible for refunds.

 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Customers must contact Aura5 within 15 business days of receiving the item.

All return or exchange requests must receive prior approval from our customer service team.
Items returned without prior notice or approval may be rejected.

• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return or exchange
• Clear photos of the item

3. Refund Policy (If Eligible)

Refunds are available only for eligible, non-customised, non-consecrated items, and only when approved by our team.

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be issued as store credit only
• Refund amounts will be minus any transaction fees charged by banks or payment processors
• Store credit cannot be converted to cash and cannot be transferred to another person

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

4. We Do NOT Accept Returns or Refunds For:

• Items that have been spiritually blessed, consecrated, or energised
• Items that are customised or made based on your wrist size
• Items that have been resized, altered, repaired, or modified by Aura5 or a third party
• Change-of-mind returns (including “no longer needed” or “not what I expected”)
• Refund requests due to delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or seasonal congestion
• Parcels returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes
• Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging

This policy applies regardless of delivery timeframe, including delays during busy seasons or customs processing.

5. Design Exchanges

Customers may exchange their bracelet for another design within 15 business days, provided it meets the conditions listed above.

• Exchanges are exchange-only, no refunds will be provided
• Price differences will be settled via store credit only (no cash refunds)

6. Sizing & Resizing Policy

All bracelets are handcrafted based on the wrist measurement you provide at checkout.

If the bracelet does not fit:

• Customers may visit our office for one complimentary resizing
• If resizing by mail, all courier fees (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility

7. Inspection & Approval

Aura5 reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item:

• Shows signs of wear
• Is damaged, altered, or incomplete
• Does not meet the return criteria listed above

Items that fail inspection will not be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for store credit.

8. Final Note

Aura5 upholds the energetic, spiritual, and hygienic integrity of every product. Consecrated and personalised items are crafted specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be resold, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
