Our orders typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. During peak times, it may take up to 3 days due to high demand. As a result of international policy changes, our transportation timeframes are affected to a certain extent. Standard delivery takes about 5-7 business days, with up to 10-15 during peak seasons, depending on customs clearance procedures.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.
In cases where specific zones or customs regulations cause exceptions, we will notify you promptly. You may then choose to cancel the order for a full refund.
You are responsible for any import duties and taxes imposed by your local customs authorities. Product prices shown are exclusive of such fees. As these charges are determined by your destination country, we are unable to estimate them in advance. Please consult your local customs office before placing an order.
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team via email within 30 business days from the date of receipt and receive approval before mailing back the item. Requests without prior notice may be rejected. Please include your order number and bracelet model to help us process your request efficiently.
All refunds issued by Aura5 will exclude any payment gateway or service charges incurred through the original payment method.
If your order hasn't shipped and you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, all refunds will be issued as store credit only.
We do not offer refunds if a parcel is returned due to the recipient refusing delivery or failure to pay import duties or taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure successful delivery and payment for their order.
Please note that we do not accept refunds for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, no longer needing the item), even if delivery is not completed within the expected timeframe.
Products that have been spiritually blessed (consecrated) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as each is customized with a personal blessing for the individual customer and cannot be resold.

Our bracelets are custom-made based on the wrist size you provide during checkout. Please do not submit external bracelet measurements.
If the bracelet you receive does not fit, we offer free resizing at our office. If you are unable to visit us in person, you may send the bracelet via courier. All courier fees (both ways) will be borne by the customer.
If you would like to exchange your bracelet for another design, we allow exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Please note that no refunds will be provided for such exchanges.
Aura5 reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that violates our policy or if the returned item is deemed to be in unsatisfactory condition. Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be returned to the sender and will not be eligible for store credit. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
