Aura5 Return & Exchange Policy

At Aura5, each bracelet and piece of spiritual jewellery is thoughtfully handcrafted with intention, and in some cases, personalised through energetic consecration or blessing.

Due to the personal, hygienic, and energetic nature of our products, we maintain a carefully structured return and exchange policy to ensure fairness and product integrity.


2. Exchange Policy (Within 15 Business Days)

We offer design exchanges within 15 business days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • All original packaging and tags are intact
  • The item has not been customised, resized, consecrated, or blessed

Please note:

  • Exchanges are exchange-only (no refunds)
  • Any price differences will be settled via store credit only

3. Return & Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for items that meet all eligibility criteria and are approved by our team.

Eligible cases may include:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Incorrect item received
  • Verified manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Request must be submitted within 15 business days of delivery

4. Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds are generally issued as store credit, unless otherwise required by applicable law
  • Any payment processing or transaction fees may be deducted

Store credit:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be transferred to another individual

Processing time: within 7 business days


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that have undergone spiritual blessing or energetic consecration
  • Customised or made-to-size pieces
  • Items that have been worn, used, resized, altered, or repaired
  • Change-of-mind purchases (e.g. “no longer needed” or “not as expected”)
  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or peak seasons
  • Parcels returned due to unpaid duties or taxes

These conditions apply regardless of delivery timeframe.


6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

All requests must be submitted within 15 business days of receiving your order.

Returns sent without prior approval may be declined.


7. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, Aura5 may assist with return arrangements

8. Sizing & Resizing Policy

All bracelets are handcrafted based on the wrist measurement provided at checkout.

If the bracelet does not fit as expected:

  • We offer resizing services via mail
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs (both ways)

We understand that international shipping may be inconvenient for some customers.

As an alternative:

  • You may choose to have the bracelet adjusted by a trusted local jeweler
  • If needed, our team is happy to provide guidance to ensure the adjustment is done properly

We are always here to help you find the most practical and comfortable solution.

9. Inspection & Approval

All returned items will undergo inspection.

Aura5 reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item:

  • Shows signs of wear
  • Is damaged or altered
  • Does not meet eligibility criteria

If an item does not pass inspection:

  • It will be returned to the customer at their expense

10. Delivery Responsibility

Aura5 is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • External logistical factors

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
