Order Processing

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days due to higher order volume.
  • Customised or spiritually blessed items may require additional handling time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard international shipping typically takes:

  • 5–7 business days under normal conditions
  • 10–15 business days during peak seasons, global policy updates, or customs delays

Please note:

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Customs inspections, local courier delays, or international disruptions may extend delivery times.

If a specific region is affected by restrictions or customs complications, we will notify you. You may choose to cancel the order before dispatch for a full refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities.

  • These charges are not included in product prices.
  • Aura5 is not responsible for these fees.
  • We cannot estimate these charges in advance, as they vary by country.

The customer is fully responsible for clearing customs and paying all applicable fees.

Orders returned due to refusal to pay customs duties are not eligible for refunds.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • A link to monitor your parcel in real time

This allows you to follow your Aura5 bracelet or jewellery’s journey until it arrives safely.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Parcels

Aura5 is not responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries caused by carriers or customs

  • Parcels returned due to incorrect addresses

  • Parcels returned because the recipient was unavailable

  • Parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees

Customers must ensure their details are accurate and complete.
