We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Orders typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. During peak times, it may take up to 3 days due to high demand. 

As a result of international policy changes, our transportation timeframes are affected to a certain extent. Standard delivery takes about 5-7 business days, with up to 10-15 during peak seasons. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. We provide real-time updates so you can stay informed every step of the way, ensuring your Aura5 bracelet arrives safely and swiftly, ready to elevate your aura.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
