About Natural Crystals

 • Natural crystals may contain slight imperfections by default, such as ice-like inclusions, internal cotton-like textures, surface patterns, or natural color bands—each crystal is unique.

 • Not recommended for buyers who require microscopic perfection. A one-of-a-kind crystal is meant for a one-of-a-kind you.

 

Purchase Information

 • Standard bracelet size: 15.5–16cm. Please specify your wrist size when placing an order.

 • For custom bracelets, please discuss the budget, size, color theme, wrist size, and other specific requirements before placing an order.

 • A deposit of 50 USD is required for custom orders. Deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled. A design proposal will be discussed within 2-3 days after the deposit is made.

 • Respect for original designs—custom orders based on images from other stores will not be accepted. Replications of non-store products are not supported.

 

About Accessories

 • Material details will be specified in advance. Prices vary based on material selection.

 • Common accessory materials include high-quality electroplated alloy (gold/silver), 999 fine silver, and S925 sterling silver.

 • Customizations with solid gold, gemstones, or diamonds are available upon request.

 

Wearing Instructions

 • Avoid water exposure and contact with chemicals such as perfume, cosmetics, and detergents.

 • Do not wear while exercising, visiting hospitals, showering, or sleeping.

 • When wearing multi-loop bracelets, wrap them around your wrist before fastening. Remove all loops together when taking them off.

 • Elastic cords are consumable materials and should be replaced approximately once a year. Avoid excessive pulling during wear.

 

After-Sales Service

 • Silver accessories may oxidize over time; use the provided silver polishing cloth for maintenance.

 • High-retention electroplated accessories: If discoloration occurs, contact customer service for a one-time free replacement.

 • Before shipping, photos and videos of the product will be provided for confirmation. Custom designs are final sale and non-returnable.
